Review: Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day (Hertzberg/Francois)

A wonderful introduction to the world of low-effort bread making. The basic idea is that you mix a big batch of dough on the weekend and substitute slow rise in the fridge for laborious kneading. Cutting of a piece and throwing it in the oven whenever you want bread is the "5 minute" part.s
